Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Each bar is handcrafted in small batches, so we appreciate your patience as we prepare your treats with care.

Please ensure you select the correct shipping method and address when placing your order. Once shipping is selected and your label is created, we are unable to change the address or issue a refund for shipping errors. Double-check all information before checking out!

During warmer temperatures, all shipments are sent at the customer’s own risk due to potential courier delays. We take every precaution to pack summer parcels carefully! For the best results, we recommend choosing 1-2 business day shipping options.

We ship all packages with ice packs and proper insulation during warmer months to help protect your bars in transit.

If we are experiencing extremely high temperatures, shipments may be delayed to help ensure your bars don’t melt.

Once your order is shipped, we cannot refund shipping charges—even if we refund your product total, the shipping cost goes directly to the courier.

If you’d like us to ship your order for a later date, please include that request in the message box during checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
