I purchased 2 of the big sized Lotus Cheesecake Bar for myself. The big bar is just about as big as my face!! And very hefty as well.
I really enjoyed snacking on the bars over the course of five days, making sure to wrap and seal the opened bar in a ziploc bag to maintain freshness in the fridge.
The cake inside was soft, I found the textures very complimentary between the creamy cheesecake filling, the biscoff cookie butter, and the cake. The dark chocolate coating offset the sweetness very nicely.
I highly recommend these bars to any biscoff x cheesecake lovers, you won't be disappointed!!
Tastes amazing. Cheese cake is so creamy balances out the flavour of the dark Chocolate so it’s not over whelming. By far the best out of the 3 bars we bought, if you’re thinking about trying it out 100% just order it.
